It's elegance and character will wow your guests as they await your arrival. They’ll be seated at round dinner tables placed through out the room. After dinner, your guests can dance the night away on our 15’x24’ parquet dance floor. Create memories that will last a lifetime. Multi-Purpose Room

Our multi-purpose room is perfect for reunions, holiday parties, dances, anniversaries, birthdays and more. This room seats up to 200 guests at tables and up to 250 guests “theater style”. A prep kitchen is available for storing and/or reheating food. Additionally, the room has a built in stage area that can be utilized for presentations, or announcements. There’s plenty of room to move around and mingle, so make your next party a hit in our multi-purpose room.

Meeting Rooms

For your next important meeting or special gathering, we’ve got you covered. The Shrewsbury City Center houses meeting rooms perfect for smaller gatherings. Meeting rooms 1, 3, 4, & 5 hold up to 40 guest seated at tables and up to 60 guest in a “theater style” seating. Meeting room 2 holds up to 80 guest seated at tables and up to 120 guests “ theater style” Additionally, we offer rentals of audio visual equipment (TV/VCR, overhead projector/screen) for a nominal fee.

Board Chambers

Our board chambers room is perfect for your next informational meeting or family get-together. It holds 80 people at tables or 100 party style! It boasts a large head table or desk and lots of space! It also includes a small kitchen prep area with sink! Make sure and get your reservations in today!

Basketball Gym

Rent our gym for your next basketball practice; pick up game or other activity. The gym is located next to the locker rooms, which have full shower amenities. The gym has six basketball hoops and bleacher lined walls. There is even a party room that can be used for a small fee.

Rehearsal  Dinner Fees (Night Before Reception)

Deposit required to reserve date. Balance payable no later than 30 days before the event.

Additional Rental Information

1. We do not allow glitter, confetti, etc. of any variety.
2. Only smokeless, dripless candles may be used.
3. We use round tables in the ballroom only ~ we cannot use them in other rooms.
4. Round tables are 60" in diameter. Rectangle tables are 8' feet long. Each seats eight people.
5. The bars in the ballroom are removable.
6. Renters in the ballroom can come in to set up as early as 9:00 a.m. on the day of their rental.
7. Renters in other rooms can come in early if the time is available. This must be prearranged through Lauren.
8. No tape, glue, etc. is to be used on any surface in any room for any reason.
9. Decorations can be hung in the ballroom on any of the existing nails, hooks, screws, etc.
10. Rental dates/times can only be guaranteed through Lauren in the City Center.
11. Renters must have a deposit for the MPR & Ballroom before a date can be held. No exceptions.
12. MPR & Ballroom rentals can occur at the same time on Satudays from October - May.
13. Gym rentals can only occur after regular business hours.
14. Damage deposits are returned to renters IF the room is restored to the same condition it was in before the rental.
15. On weekends, the MPR & Ballroom must be reserved in at least five hour time blocks.
16. Schools and Shrewsbury businesses may be eligible for discounted rates for rentals M-F between 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
17. Rentals Sundays-Thursdays must end by 10:00 p.m. Rentals on Fridays & Saturdays must end by 12:00 a.m.
18. Everything must be removed from the room by the end of the contracted time or else parties are subject to overtime charges.
