Pool Night Out

If you enjoy kid’s night out we have a new activity for you. Pool night out is another opportunity for parents to have the night off! We will plan activities at the pool. This program is not limited to residents or pool members, but does have limited space so sign up early. NO DAY OF SIGN UPS. (Friday)

Kids' Night Out

We will plan various activities such as indoor sports, crafts, and activities. Around 9:00 p.m. we will watch a movie. The program will have limited room so call and sign up early. (Fridays) (302001)

Math Tutoring

Does your child need help with Math? Math tutor available on Wednesday’s at the City Center Starting September 8th. Our Tutor Pat Kopp has a B.S. in Elementary Education, and is currently employed by the Kirkwood School District. Limited space so sign up early. (Wednesdays) (302005)

Pumpkin Decorating

Come and join us for a holiday tradition. Kids will be given the chance to be creative in the holiday spirit. We will be decorating pumpkins with simple and unusual art supplies. Little if any carving will be involved. We will provide the pumpkins and supplies, you provide the Imagination. Registration Deadline: October 20th. (Saturday)

Pre-School Open Gym

Open gym will be held on Wednesdays from 10am-12pm. This is free for rec pass holders and $2.00 for non pass holders.

Tumbling

This class offers different activities that will work on children’s balance, coordination and motor skills while strengthening their muscles in a fun way. Children will learn basic tumbling mat and springboard skills as well as working on the balance beam. This class is 30 minutes long and will run for eight weeks at the City Center. Class is for kids ages 2-4. (Thursday) (302010)

Martial Arts for Kids

Children will learn self discipline, self confidence and coordination. All kids will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of each session.

Crawlers Club

This parent/child class is designed for children ages 9 months-24 months old. Children will do various activities that promote motor skills and coordination in a fun environment. Children will be introduced to tumbling and various sports with age appropriate activities. Parents will be actively involved in this class with their child. Children must at least be crawling to participate. (Thursday)

Teens and Tweenes we are looking for you! We want your input on programs that go on at the Shrewsbury City Center! You will help plan activities to do with your friends, community service projects and Much more! Our first meeting will be September 13th at 5pm! For more information contact Lauren!
