The classes address special health concerns associated
with aging, and include warm-ups that detoxify the body, postures that
stimulate every gland and organ, and movements that loosen up every joint in

Jazzercise
Jazzercise combines the total body conditioning
benefits of aerobics with the fun of dance. There is no memorization of
routines. Each one hour class is taught in a follow-the-leader style.
Arrive a few minutes early to any scheduled class and let us know you

Walking Club
Get up and get out! If you like to walk through our great parks and
would like to meet other walkers join us every Tuesday and Thursday
morning. This ongoing club will meet every week in the adult lounge
where coffee will be provided. No registration necessary.
